Okay, welcome and thank you for joining us today for our webinar on understanding the Federal Acquisition Regulation. My name is Christina Huckle, and I am the Program Director for the NorCal ki-tak's the Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Today, I'm just going to speak briefly about the services of Key Tab and SBC programs before our talented procurement specialist, Lonnie Dean, begins his presentation. The NorCal Key Talk is a program of the NorCal SBDC. The P tag and the SBDC are both federally funded and hosted by Humboldt State University sponsored programs foundation up in Arcata, California. The North House Key Tag is funded to provide one-on-one counseling services on procurement topics to businesses in the Lord Humboldt, Mendocino, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano, and Trinity counties. Those are shown on the map on your left in green. From these County restrictions, our determination of economically distressed counties is determined by federal definitions. There are about 100 other PTACs across the U.S. In NorCal, SBDC has shown here on the map to the right in red. The SBDC's provides free one-on-one counseling services on more general business topics, and they may sometimes be able to assist with procurement topics as well. Their service area slightly overlaps the Tea Tax Service area from the border and border in Gulmarg County all the way down the coast in the Bay Area and down to Santa Cruz County.
